Capture Any Data You Need

TaskScale gives you a number of tools to capture anything and organize it later.

Inbox page is the starting point for all the data you captured. It's a list of notes and tasks that you haven't organized yet.

You can either add a new note or task, or you can forward an email to your inbox. You can also use the browser plug-in to capture a web page or add a quick note on any tab of your browser.

Organize Notes

Organizing notes is one of the most powerful sides of TaskScale.

The roots of your data structure are Areas and Workspaces.

Under each workspace, you are free to create an infinite tree of notes, projects and tasks.

Plan and Execute

Daily planner is a dedicated page to plan your current work.

Together with soft links it allows you to arrange daily tasks using links to anywhere on your outline.

Scheduled and due tasks are also available on the daily planner.

Access anytime, anywhere

Offline mode allows you to access your data in any circumstances. As soon as you are online all the changes made is synchronized to the server in background.

And Live Sync will propagate changes to all your devices in real time.
